1. General Provisions and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the badjee platform and all its services. By accessing or using badjee through the website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If registration is found to have been made with false information, the account will be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

The badjee platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may register or participate on this platform.

3.1 Age Verification

At the time of registration, users must declare that they are 21 years of age or older. badjee may request documents to verify age at any time. If a minor's registration is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws of their own country or region. If online gaming is prohibited in a particular region, accounts belonging to users from that region will be closed. badjee is not responsible for providing access from any prohibited region.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Once a deposit is successful, the funds are added to your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes.

badjee offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25 times. This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive a bonus offer only once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• badjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another user.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

badjee's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

All games on badjee use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure completely fair and random outcomes. badjee reserves the right to void any round in which a technical error affects the game result.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly stated within the game. Some games may apply betting limits when playing with a bonus.

6.3 Technical Errors

• If the internet connection is lost, the game result will be determined according to the server's record.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by badjee

badjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or unusual activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

To the extent permitted by applicable law, badjee is not liable for the following:

• Issues arising from legal changes in the user's own country.

badjee's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the user in that calendar month.
